Obituary for Andy Jerome Blackburn

Andy Jerome Blackburn, age 61 of Pikeville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at the Pikeville Medical Center.
He was a retired Gas Field Operator for the Kentucky/West Virginia Gas Co., he was a member of the Mayflower Unity Baptist Church where he also served as a Deacon and Song Leader.
Andy was born in Pikeville, Kentucky on October 13, 1956 the son of Madge Billiter Blackburn and the late John Trimble Blackburn.
Along with his mother, he is survived by his wife, Deloris Taylor Blackburn and a daughter, Amanda (John) Bailey of Gastonia, North Carolina.
He is also survived by one brother, John George (Terresia) Blackburn of Pikeville and one sister, Edna Victoria Blackburn of Pikeville and a special cousin/brother, Michael Blackburn of Pikeville.
