Obituary for Emalene Spears Steele

Emalene Spears Steele age 82 of Coal Run, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at her home.
She was a teacher a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church.
Emalene was born at Boldman, Kentucky on August 2, 1935 the daughter of the late Ballard and Alice Sword Spears.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Bernard Steele on July 2, 1999. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Linton Spears and two sisters, Josephine Kinney and Laura Damron and a half-sister, Paulene Irick.
She is survived by her son, Joseph Michael Steele (Carol) of Coal Run, Kentucky and her daughter, Debbie Steele Holbrook (Scott) of Coal Run, Ky.
Also one sister, Magdalene Coleman of Coal Run, Kentucky and four grandchildren, Abigail Lynne Holbrook (Ain Simpson), Katherine Lynne Holbrook, Joseph Alexander Steele and Melissa Wilson (Josh) and a “special grandchild” Marisa Riding and one great-grandchild, Gabbi Wilson.
