Obituary for Terry Dean Stevens

Terry Dean Stevens, age 71 of Hurricane Creek passed away Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Born in Pikeville may 5, 1947, he was the son of the late earl and nellie adkins stevens, sr. He was a diesel mechanic for Brandeis Machinery & Supply Corporation and a member and a deacon of the Guiding Light Community Church. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by brothers: Dwalin Stevens, Larry Stevens and sisters: Dorothy King,Ruth Blair, and Donna Sue Hall.
Terry is survived by his wife: Betty Bostic Stevens, one son Terry Reed Stevens of Pikeville and two daughters: Nena (Chris) Bendixen of Niles, Michigan and Deana (Wayne) Porter of Pikeville, one brother: Earl Stevens of Brooklyn, Michigan and one sister: Loretta Deboard of Dog Fork. He his also survived by three grandchildren: Keysha Collins, Blake Childers, and Ryan Stevens and five great grandchildren: Madelyn Collins, Trenton Collins, Jaxson Childers, Bailey Stevens, and Dawsyn Collins.
