Obituary for Myrtle May Ratliff

Myrtle May Ratliff, age 88 of Ft. Myers, Florida passed away Sunday, April 28, 2019 in the Pikeville Medical Center.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Pikeville United Methodist Church. She was a Daughter of the American Revolution and a member of the Republican Women.

Myrtle was born in Pikeville, Kentucky on January 1, 1931 the daughter of the late Charles Dana May and Lida Deskins May.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Blake Ratliff on April 20, 2015. She was also preceded in death by a sister, TomE May Huffman.

She is survived by two sons, Christopher Thomas Ratliff and Kevin Neal Ratliff both of Pikeville and two daughters, Jan Elizabeth Sharpe of Treasure Island, Fla. And Susan Gwyne Tillotson of Orlando, Fla. and one sister, Betty Dana Burke of Houston, Texas.

She is also survived by six grandchildren, Elizabeth Jan (Aaron) Spraggs, Juliett Kamper, Thomas Neal Ratliff, Daniel Clay Ratliff, Jordan Blake Ratliff and Jonathan Kyle Wright and
Three great-grandchildren: Tiara Nichol Wright, Julian Spraggs and Frances Spraggs.
